The project will be implemented on commercial land in the Hatta region of Dubai, with an area of 76,740 sq. ft., and at an estimated cost of AED 28,930,000. The project is close to all available public services such as the Hatta Mosque, the Sports Club, and the Hatta Hospital.
The necessary studies for the land have been prepared and the design work for it has been initiated through the consultant firm that won the tender and according to the new urban plan for the Hatta region.
