A land was purchased in Al Barsha South First area, with an area of 191,990 sq. ft. The land is located in a privileged location in the middle of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment Projects, where it is surrounded by residential villas for Emirati residents and in a central area designated for public services such as a school, a mosque, a commercial center and a public garden. The land is in an area in which most of its residents are Emirati citizens and is very close to commercial areas with multi-story residential and commercial buildings, and its investment will be proceeded this year for the purposes of providing food trucks, which is in response to the need of the region and the increasing demand for these activities and to encourage Emirati youth to enter into projects.
