Union Coop has been deploying strict measures when it comes to dealing with suppliers, to ensure fresh products at competitive prices to consumers

The products displayed on the shelves are replaced in due times to maintain the desired quality for our valued consumers.”

He further added that the quality checks and practices they adapt throughout the internal process are very important to ensure that customers get what they pay for. Union Coop confirms the quality of every product – both fresh and frozen products, with the help of strict quality standards such as daily check up on health certificates for fresh products as well as certificates of origin from customs and regulatory authority in the country and abroad.

Al Balooshi highlights that Union Coop receives an approximate 200 tons of various types of Vegetables and Fruits (traditional, Hydroponic and organic), in its 14 branches in Dubai. Our workers in all the branches follow strict protocols for testing the quality of all the products before they are placed on the shelves for display. The products that do not meet Union Coop standards and returned and replaced instantly from suppliers.
