The Union Coop completed the implementation of the Al Quoz staff housing project, according to the design and implementation system on 01/03/2023, at a construction cost of AED 12,200,000, in line with the cooperative’s plans to expand and spread in different regions of Dubai, and to provide housing for employees, and a variety of living options. It has high efficiency and distinguished specifications, which are better in terms of lighting, ventilation, enables appropriate distribution of services and accommodates various means of entertainment for employees.

The project is located in Al Quoz-2 Industrial Area over an area of 36,300 sq. ft. On the same plot of land, there is an existing separate housing facility for the workers. The project consists of a ground floor in addition to three residential floors (first + second + roof), as parking spaces are provided for vehicles, service areas and entrances are on the ground floor. As for the rest of the floors, they are residential rooms that are covered by the following services (food preparation area / 2 toilets / 2 external hand washing basins / sitting areas / overnight areas), where the number of residential rooms is 49 in addition to two rest rooms (one on the first floor and the other on the second floor), and each living room can accommodate 10 people, and thus the total number of residents in the building is 490 people.
