Union Coop has started the design work for a new staff housing project in Warsan area, due to the continuous expansion of the cooperative’s projects and the increasing number of its employees. The project overlooks Al Aweer Street, and it consists of two separate buildings with a total area of 26,361 sq. ft. and an estimated cost of approximately AED 46,373,760.

Each building consists of a ground floor, five floors, and a roof with 144 rooms, which includes several services, including: (food preparation area, toilets, washing basins, seating areas, and overnight areas), and the first building includes (69) rooms that can accommodate (334) beds, and the second building includes (75) rooms with a capacity of (348) beds.
