In pursuit of new investment areas and opportunities for the Union Coop, as well as expansion and spread in various regions of Dubai, an investment contract was signed for a commercial land of 90,000 sq. ft. in the Margham area with direct view of Dubai Al-Ain Street, at an estimated cost of AED 18,793,043 Million. The location is characterized by its proximity to Margham, Al-Lisaili, Al-Marmoom, Marqab, Al-Habbab and Al-Faqa’, and given that these areas lack the services provided by the cooperative and we received many requests to open branches in them, the investment contract was proceeded and an engineering consultancy company was assigned to prepare the necessary designs for it. The building will be a ground floor with a built-up area of 50,000 sq. ft., and it will include a cooperative branch with 21 shops to provide the major essential services to the area, with the provision of no less than 94 ground parking spaces.
