Union Coop has finished preparing the final designs for the Jumeirah Commercial Center project, which will consist of (2 basement + ground + first + second + roof) at an estimated cost of AED 240,000,000, and with a total built-up area of 738,328 sq. ft., as it is located in the same location as the current Jumeirah branch, which is built on the land area of 149,934 sq. ft., and it includes car parks with a number of 684 parking spaces distributed on all floors of the building. The center also includes a cooperative branch on the second floor with an area of 122,544 sq. ft., a number of shops distributed on the floors of the building, and work is underway to find a place for an alternative branch in order to start the work of demolishing the existing branch and start implementing this project.
