A Contracting company was assigned to implement the project, at a construction cost of AED 55,976, 494 for building a commercial center in the Al Nahda II area consisting of (basement + ground + first) on a land area of 57,543 sq. ft. and a total building area of 176,240 sq. ft. The project is located directly on Amman Street and it includes a showroom (hypermarket) with an area of 35,977 sq. ft., 44 shops with an area of 23,725 sq. ft., and 113 parking spaces distributed over basement and ground floor. Currently the foundation works is in progress with the steel frame for the showroom roof being installed. The contracting work is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022.
