Based on the pursuit of new investment areas and opportunities for the Union Coop, as well as expansion and spread in various regions of the Emirate of Dubai to serve residents of different nationalities, and through coordination with the relevant authorities to achieve this goal. The building is located in the middle of an investment complex called (DRC) Dubai Residence Complex. The building is also characterized by its proximity to the center of Dubai and close to several main streets such as Dubai Al Ain Street, Emirates Rd. and the new Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.
