The commercial center is located on a land area of 142,634 square feet. The center includes a hypermarket on the first floor with an area of 55,043 square feet and a mosque with an area 13,380 square feet. It also includes parking lots in the basement and ground floors, with 249 parking spaces for the commercial center building and 37 parking spaces for the mosque with a direct connection to the commercial center, and commercial shops in the basement, ground, and first floor floors, with a commercial area of 32,427 square feet.
