Union Coop has approved AED 100 million as an estimated cost for the implementation of the first phase of the Al Khawaneej Commercial Center project, which will consist of two floors (ground + first). The topographic survey and soil examination works have also been completed, and the work will be implemented in several stages of construction (3 phases), and emphasizing that the design of the project is one of the prominent, innovative and attractive features for investment in the region to meet the requirements of the residents of the region and the surrounding areas.
