A contracting company was assigned to implement the project on the basis of a residential / commercial center consisting of 2 basements + ground + first + service floor + 2 residential floors + roof floor containing a health club, at a construction cost of about AED 108,000,000 million on an area of 77,661 sq. ft. in Al Habiyah -1 area (Motor City) a premium location along the commercial street, with a total built-up area of 468,434.4 sq. ft., which includes car parking in the basement and ground floors with 240 parking spaces and 21 shops on the ground floor and first floor with an area of 24,391 sq. ft. and a hypermarket on the first floor with an area of 56,575 sq. ft., it also includes 44 apartments distributed on the residential floors (22 apartments / floor) ranging from 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK. With a completion rate of 20% the building is currently in the stage of pouring concrete on the roof of the second residential floor and the final changes for the first and second basement floors. The project is expected to complete by the third quarter of 2022.
