Union Coop completed the implementation of the Nad Al Hamar Mall project, which is a community mall, with a construction cost of AED 54,877,000. The project was opened on 09/29/2022, with a land area of 117,349 sq. ft., and it consists of two floors, ground + first. The ground floor contains 44 shops and 6 kiosks, while the first floor contains 26 shops with a total area of 23,379 sq. ft., and 151 car parks, in addition to the outdoor parking spaces available to all visitors, while the first floor contains a Union Coop hypermarket with an area of 42,943 sq. ft. Most of the stores opened inside the center were rented to well-known brands, in order to serve all the neighboring areas, and among them include pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, perfumes, phones, gold, and health clinics , salons, fabrics, abayas, sewing, and more.
