This project is located on a plot of land of 20,000 sq. ft. in the Muhaisnah 2 area, where the existing building will be demolished due to it being old and the high maintenance and rehabilitation cost. Therefore, the cooperative was directed to re-use the spaces and construct a staff housing building with standards specifications and services that contribute significantly to providing a high-end living environment for employees, which is reflected in the required employee satisfaction. The building will include 60 rooms with a capacity for each room of 10 people, and the total number of residents is 600 people. The estimated cost of the project is AED 16,100,000. The project is currently in the stage of preparing designs, scope of work and illustrative specifications, in preparation for offering the tender to the companies approved in the cooperative.
