Negotiations are underway to purchase a commercial plot of land in Wadi Al Safa Fifth, on an area of 38,919 sq.ft., located in the middle of an investment complex called (DRC) Dubai Residence Complex and through the distinguished commercial land located in the middle of the Dubai Residence Complex commercial project as well as its proximity to two residential complexes namely (The villa, Villanova) near the center of Dubai and close to several main streets such as Dubai Al-Ain Street, Emirates Street and the new Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.
