It is a commercial land in the Al Barsha South – 1 area with an area of 191,990 sq. ft. The land is located in a privileged location in the center of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Project, where it is surrounded by residential villas for Emiratis and in a central area designated for public services such as a school, a mosque, a commercial center, a public garden, and the land is in an area mostly inhabited by Emiratis and very close to commercial areas with multi-storey residential and commercial buildings.
