It is a commercial land in the Al Aweer first area that has been allocated for housing Emiratis with an area of (160,370 sq. ft.) in the central area that has been allocated for public services such as schools, nurseries and recreational areas for the residents of the area. The design work will start during the year 2024 and in accordance with the completion of the infrastructure of the area.
