Training courses were in both English and the Arabic language to benefit all those affiliated with the courses

Union Coop, the largest consumer cooperative in the UAE, revealed through the Department of Strategy, Innovation & Corporate Development – Training and Development Section, the number of training courses it organized during the past year 2021, which totaled 744 training courses, benefiting all employees in all Sections, Departments and Branches affiliated with the cooperative.

In detail, Mrs. Priya Chopra – Strategy, Innovation & Corporate Development Dept. Director at Union Coop confirmed that Union Coop through its Training and Development section is keen to develop and refine the skills of employees, in line with recent developments in all fields and sectors, noting that 744 various training courses were held for all employees, most of which were held remotely and some were in physical attendance while following all the precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all those affiliated with these courses.

She pointed out that the courses were comprehensive, as they included different training subjects like health, safety, management and other courses specialized in methods and skills of interaction and communication with others, health insurance, the art of effective delegation and self-development, in addition to internal courses on the systems used by the cooperative, all of which aim to provide the cooperative employees with skills and information that contribute to raising their knowledge level.

She indicated that the training courses were in both English and the Arabic language to benefit all those affiliated with the courses and to reach the largest segment of employees, noting that the cooperative constantly holds various and diverse training courses for its employees, to raise their efficiency to achieve the highest levels of customer happiness by offering them the best and finest services.
