Union Coop is currently preparing a design proposal to proceed through the various design stages for the implementation of the Meydan project (Meydan Street), which will be on commercial land in the second Al Quoz area covering 147,676 sq. ft. as it is distinguished by its geographical location on the main street of the Meydan project (Meydan Street) and the residential area in Al Quoz II and Nad Al Sheba I, as well as its location within the ‘District 7’ project that is being developed by Meydan Group in partnership with some sub-developers, as well as its proximity to the villas of Mohammed bin Rashid City.
