Union Coop’s Covid Vaccination Initiative: 2345 Employees Vaccinated

Union Coop – the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE has revealed that 2345 of its employees have been successfully vaccinated for Covid-19, in an initiative organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA). The move comes as a part of its keenness to preserve the health of its employees and as a framework that falls in line with the nation’s key objective of combating the global pandemic and preserving its residents.
Mr. AHMAD BIN KENAID AL FALASI, Human Resources & Emiratization Director, Union Coop said: – “Union Coop has made tremendous advancements in terms of vaccination as Union Coop seeks to provide covid-19 vaccine to all of its employees to support the efforts made by our wise leaders and people regarding the health and safety of the citizens and residents in the country, and the measures implemented to manage diseases and epidemics,” explained the HRE Director who assured that Union Coop will continue to take all the necessary measures to maintain Health and Safety of its employees and the society.
“These efforts highlight Union Coop’s keenness to uphold the health and safety of the employees and follow the directives and guidelines of the wise government in the face of this global pandemic,” explained the HRE Director, who also pointed out that Union Coop is among the vital sectors in the UAE that deals with a large segment of the society regularly and is always keen on organizing medical and health events aimed at raising awareness about health and culture.
He thanked the different Sectors and Departments in Union Coop for their cooperation and facilitating the procedures of the Covid-19 vaccination campaigns for the employees, and also thanked all the workers in the vaccination campaign for their efforts and fruitful cooperation, which had a key role in getting a large number of employees vaccinated.
