Union Coop Receives ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certificate

Union Coop, the largest cooperative in the UAE, was awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2013, an Information Security Management System Certificate through its IT Department.
From Union Coop, Mr. Aiman Othman the IT Director received the certificate from Mr. Marwan Aridi, Certification Manager at Bureau Veritas, in a ceremony held at Union Coop’s headquarters at Al Warqa City Mall. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Mohammad Noohu Mohammad Ali, IT Deputy Director, Mr. Bilal Ahmad Fashoo, Business Cont.& Info. Security Manager and Ms Latifa Almatawa, Info. Security Jr. Executive from Union Coop.
