Union Coop Organizes Employees Happiness Initiative on Eid Al-Adha

2700 meals were distributed among employees on the blessed occasion 

Dubai, UAE:

Union Coop through the department of Human Resources and Emiratization – the ‘Employee Happiness Unit’ organized an initiative to distribute 2700 meals among employees on the blessed occasion of Eid Al-Adha.

Mr AHMAD BIN KENAID AL FALASI, Human Resources & Emiratization Department Director, Union Coop said – “Through the initiative carried out by the Employee Happiness Unit on Eid Al-Adha, we aim to share with our employees the joy of Eid by making them happy and appreciating their role in the cooperative,” noting that initiatives like this spread the culture of giving and sows positivity in the hearts of all employees.

He pointed out that this event, which was held on the day of Eid will motivate the employee to work more dedicatedly, which will lead to success, as cooperative pursues and always strives to create an ideal work environment that inspires everyone to overcome obstacles and achieve their best.

For their part, the employees expressed their thanks to Union Coop for continuously organizing such initiatives on occasions and holidays, noting that such initiatives not only make them happy but also motivate them to be creative in their daily activities.
