Union Coop Deploys a Commercial Offices and a Hypermarket Project in Nad Al Hammar

Union Coop, The largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE, represented by ‘Properties and Projects Division’ unveiled a commercial offices and a hypermarket project in the area of ‘Nad Al Hammar’. The much-anticipated project is set at an estimated cost of AED 65 Million and is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2020.
Eng. Madiya Al Marri the Director of Properties and Projects Division said, “The new project is located in the Nad Al Hammar Gardens and will be spread on an area of 117,000 sq. ft. with two floors of Ground and First. The ground floor will have 14 commercial shops, covering an area exceeding 20,000 sq. ft. in addition to service spaces and 157 parking lots, in addition to the outdoor parking spaces”.
“There will be a Union Coop hypermarket on the First floor covering an area of 45,000 sq. ft. and shops as well as stands/kiosks scattered across 5,000 sq. ft. At present, the project is in the licensing and designing stage and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of the year 2020.
