Visitors to Etihad Mall, Dubai will now have an exceptional shopping experience with the launch of ‘Buggy service’ that allows them to move from mall entrances to the car parking area and vice-versa for free.

Talking about the new service was Dr. Suhail Al Bastaki, Director of Happiness & Marketing Department, Union Coop, who said: – “Consumer Happiness is one of the core fundamentals of Union Coop and we spend every day thinking of ways we can better Experience for our valued consumers and this ‘Buggy service’ which is similar to a golf cart is a welcoming move. This service will be a delight to all senior citizens, mall customers and visitors who have issues travelling within the mall and towards the parking.”

The ‘FREE’ service can be availed by consumers by calling the number highlighted in the parking lots and even at the customer happiness desk at Etihad Mall.

Etihad Mall includes facilities of Telecom, healthcare and many more for consumers to enjoy complete shopping experience. The mall also includes a Union Coop ‘Hypermarket’ to meet daily household needs of the consumers.

Additionally, the mall includes important stores such as Optics, Banks, Pharmacies, Perfumes and popular cafes such as Shakespeare & Co. and Starbucks, apart from other restaurants.
