Union Coop, the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE revealed that its upcoming Commercial Offices Project in the Al Quoz – 1 area is in the final stages and ready for leasing.

About the project, Eng. Madiya Al Marri, Director of Properties and Projects Division, Union Coop said, “The project is a commercial/ office building consisting of basement, ground and first floors in the Al Quoz – 1 area, spread on an area of 39,960 sq. ft. with a total buildup area of 112,695 sq. ft. The approximate construction cost of the project is AED 40 Million.”

She further elaborated, “The basement has many service areas and 108 parking spaces, while the Ground floor contains 10 commercial showrooms with an area of 27, 200 sq. ft. Meanwhile, the First floor contains 20 office spaces covering a total area of 27,221 sq. ft.”
