250 Union Coop Employees Trained on Internal Programs and Company Policies

The objective was to empower the employees and educate them about Union Coop
On grounds of Union Coop’s core effort to develop local talent, the Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Development Department’s ‘Training and Development’ Section organized a training course titled ‘All About Union Coop’ for 250 Male and Female employees. This is one of the many training programs organized by Union Coop to improve the knowledge of employees.
The aforementioned training program provides a detailed explanation of all the Divisions, Departments and Sections within the cooperative and the important services that it offers to the consumers.
The training program continued for over two weeks and included answering questions related to functions and tasks of Divisions, Departments, Sections and Branches, in addition to questions on policies, regulations, programs and applications used to serve the employees like ‘My Tawasol’ and the loyalty program ‘Tamayaz’.
The training program’s objective was to empower the employees and educate them about the institution where they work and increase their sense of loyalty and belongingness.
