For those of you who don’t know, Fish is one of the best and richest sources of proteins out there that digests pretty quickly compared to other food sources. But there’s a catch to it… it’s difficult to get in fresh in all the seasons. Union Coop has always kept this in mind while maintaining the beeline for fish-rich Arabian Gulf, through the acclaimed Dubai Fishermen Cooperative Association, which enlists 700 national fishermen.
