RETAIL WORKSHOP was held for Union cooperative society staff at intercontinental Dubai Festival City on Monday 1/6/2015.

RETAIL WORKSHOP presented to UCS staff to address the following:
1. Understand the Financial working for our Retail Division.
2. Identify the roles and responsibilities of each of the function areas of the Retail.
3. Establish clear Business Objectives and Key Performance Indicators for each of this function area.
4. Identify the required information, availability and providing the same through easy and quick access for all the functional areas.
5. Understand the Customer and Supplier information and various other available data.
