HR launches “My Tawasol” application for employees

Union Coop, the largest Consumer Cooperative in the UAE, through the Department of Human Resources and Emiratization, launched “My Tawasol” program application on Apple Store and Google Play Store. This comes out of its keenness to provide employee services through various means of communication, simplify procedures by converting them into smart electronic services available through an application on smart phones, and reduce paper handling.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratization- Union Coop, said that the new application contains 6 main services and 12 subsidiary services. Among the services provided by the application Punch In/Out using the QR Code, View Employee Profile, Search Employee Directory, and to view the salary details, documents and personal documents, the employee can obtain a letter to the authorities from which he wants services, it also provides a feature of Leave & Duty Resumption, Permission & Missing Punch, etc.
He pointed out that this electronic transformation contributes to raising the levels of employee satisfaction and facilitates them to complete services at any place and time and reduces paper consumption, which preserves the environment and the health and safety of employees.
