On the basis of interest in effective supporting and boosting the concepts of cooperation and societal partnership, aiming at supporting the activities of talents, the Union Cooperative Society signed a memorandum of understanding with Emirates Association for Talent Sponsorship.

Recently, it has been increasingly interested in the talents and their affairs. Such interest directed to the necessity of providing the educational and pedagogic curriculums, programs and activities that meet their needs, provide the environment and institutional structures that are able to absorb and manage these activities to develop them and maintain their continuity, in addition to utilizing their creative energies in various fields.

On the part of Emirates Association for Talent Sponsorship the memorandum was signed by H. H. Lieutenant General / Dahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chairman of Police and Public Security in Dubai, Chairman of Society, and on the part of Union, it was signed by Mr. / Majid Hamad Rahma Al Shamsi, Chairman of Board of Directors, in presence of a number of senior responsible employees from both parties. On the part of Union Mr. /Khalid Humaid Bin Diban Al Falasi , General Manager , and Mr. / Suhail Al Bastaki, Manager of Marketing & Communication Department.

At the end, H. H. Lieutenant General / Dahi Khalfan Tamim handed over the Memoriam Medal to the Union Cooperation Society, which was received by H. H. / Majid Hamad Rahma, in appreciation of effective societal participation of Society at the level of area.
