The CEO, who is appointed by the Board of Directors and supported in work by a team of Divisions and Departments Directors, as well as a well-trained human workforce, heads the Union Coop management.
Success requires joint effort and high coordination and solidarity from different work teams to achieve it. We at Union Coop, have 20 branches spread in various regions of the Emirate of Dubai. In order to provide the highest levels of service and the best products, all Union Coop’s divisions and departments fulfilling their responsibilities perfectly. Union Coop administration consists of three main divisions and nine departments. The divisions are Operations division, the Investment division and the Trading Division, whereas the departments are Finance & Accounts Department, Administration affairs Department, Fresh Category Trade Department, Happiness & Marketing Department, Human Resources & Emiratization Department, Internal Control Department, Strategy, Innovation & Corporate Development Department, Information Technology Department, Wholesale & Logistics Department.
Work progresses in Union Coop as a beehive, where Divisions and departments altogether link day with night to ensure customers happiness of all segments, thereby reflecting the institution’s national economic role and its local stamp thereby leaving a positive imprint.
