Union Coop, the largest consumer cooperative in the UAE, through the Department of Strategy, Innovation & Corporate Development held training courses for about 1000 employees about food safety intending to ensure that its employees follow and apply the correct mechanism in dealing with foodstuffs to ensure the preservation of the quality.
