First Anniversary of Launching KiddieVille A distinguished name for a unique play area KiddieVille opened to the public on 26 February 2013 (in Barsha Mall) & 30 June 2013 (in Etihad Mall), to match and exceed the expectations of our customers as well as our staff and the warm reception by them . Although KiddieVille is a very new concept to UCS & Malls Management, we have successfully achieved our objectives and vision in line with UCS typical approach.
KiddieVille’s core objectives are to:
• Present a meaningful play area full with joy and fun to its prime visitors.
• Provide quality services in terms of safety and prices to families & individuals.
• Increase traffic & value to the UCS Malls
• Establish & develop the KiddieVille brand
Within 1 year of operation, KiddieVille has received over 109,000 families with total 717,000 games played.
Using the following tools, KiddieVille has engaged its visitors in action such as:
• free arts, crafts and face painting
• Fridays’ competitions.
• colleague of the month award
• year round promotions
• Quality Service Surveys
Visitors are measured to be extremely satisfied with our strategy of competitive pricing, continuous promotions and excellent operations. As a result, we have scored above 90% in the Quality Service Survey about KiddieVille.
KiddieVille is planning to develop the brand by becoming an integrated Family Entertainment Center with more games, attractions and enhance services.
Insha’Allah, KiddieVille shall soon become one of the leading brands in the local Family Entertainment industry and continue to contribute to UCS and its customers.
