Comprehensive stocktaking training program was attended by 308 employees
Strategy, Innovation and Corporate Development Dept. at Union Coop organized a training course through its Training Section on inventory management and control. The primary objective of this training was to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage inventory effectively and enhance their inventory control processes.
The training course covered the fundamentals of inventory management and control and was attended by 308 employees. This course is a significant step towards improving operational efficiency and workforce development, aligning with the cooperative’s efforts to invest in the growth and development of its employees, facilitating them to perform their tasks in accordance with the best industry standards.
