Union Coop, the largest cooperative in the UAE, has extended support to Ramadan’s “Iftar Saem” initiative. Organized by Dubai Police, the General Department of Protective Security and Emergency, the initiative aims to distribute Iftar meals on workers in different regions in Dubai.
Commenting on this, Mr. Suhail Al Bastaki, Director of Happiness and Marketing Department at Union Coop, said: “Union Coop provides around 750 Iftar meals every day for this remarkable initiative organized by Dubai Police, the General Department of Protective Security and Emergency, which is our way of contributing to our society hand in hand with public sector entities.”
“The meals donated by the coop are valued at AED 99K, and we are committed to providing them until the last day of the holy month.”
