Union Coop organized a comprehensive Self-Improvement Training program named ‘SIT’, which stands for Self-Learning, Importance of Teamwork, and Time Management, for its employees.

The training, organized by the Strategy, Innovation & Corporate Development Department, took place at the Dubai Autism Center Premises in Al-Garhoud, Dubai. Led by the esteemed trainer, Mr. Muhammad Arif Khan, this initiative aimed to empower employees in several crucial areas.
