Union Coop ‘Retail Pioneers’ Human Resources and Emiratization Department organized an awareness training session for ISO 9001:2015, which aims to develop, improve and speed up work procedures and processes to ensure the best levels of services. The training session was attended by 60 employees from different departments.

Commenting on the initiative, Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratization said: “Such training sessions act as a key pillar in the development of work and provide essential knowledge to the employees on the latest market trends. This also ensures that our objectives are reached in a scientific and professional manner, which again contributes to positive results. Training sessions like this will help us stay ahead of time and apply the best global practices in our work.”
