The retail pioneer took a group of female employees for a fun time at the popular attraction in Dubai

Dubai, UAE:

‘Retail Pioneer’ Union Coop’s Human Resources and Emiratization Department – Employee Happiness Unit organized a recreational trip for 39 employees from various branches to ‘Global Village’ in Dubai. The recreational trip was organized within Union Coop’s framework of improving the job satisfaction and happiness index, which ultimately will be reflected in their work performance and services provided.

Commenting on the ‘employee Happiness’ initiatives, the Director of Human Resources and Emiratization, Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, said – “The plan prepared by the ‘Employee Happiness Unit’ includes several new activities and outings this year, in addition to improvising the existing activities. We plan to increase the number of recreational activities to meet the ambitions of employees so that the positive vibes are reflected in the form of productivity and happiness.”
