Retail Pioneers’ Human Resources and Emiratization Department – Employee Happiness Unit organized 2 separate trips – Dubai Parks & Resorts and Jebel Hafeet, Green Mubazzarah

Union Coop, the largest consumer cooperative in the UAE recently organized 2 separate trips – Dubai Parks & Resorts and Jebel Hafeet, Green Mubazzarah to delight 60 employees from various departments and positions. This trip comes within Union Coop’s framework of improving job satisfaction level among its employees and motivates them to excel in their respective jobs.

Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratization, Union Coop said:- “Based on the approved annual plan, we have organized several trips and activities for our employees, focussing on increasing the job satisfaction level and motivate them to deliver their best when it comes to job performance.”

“Our employee happiness unit is diversifying its approach to recreational activities by adding new activities and enhancing existing activities to fulfil the prospects of the employees.
