“Union Coop” holds 190 interviews of work, which have resulted in appointing 135 citizens
Mr.Ahmad Salem Bin Kenaid, Manager of Human Resources Department in Union Coop Society indicated the procedure of about 190 work interviews with citizens during the days opened for employment, which were organized by the Society in the current year, referring that it they have resulted in appointing about 135 citizens in different departments of Society. These releases came in the margin of “Union’s Day of employment 4”, which has been recently held in “Mall Union” in Dubai.
Bin Kenaid said “Since the beginning of the current year the Society has organized 4 days which were opened for employment, so as to polarize emirate experiences to join team work of Society, assuring that organization of such initiatives comes within the strategic aims of Society, which seeks to support and employ the citizen human resources, attract and polarize them to work therein in different jobs available for citizens.
He referred “that the Open Day of Employment opened the door to present the employment applications to the citizens of Country to fill in the job of Cashier for the morning and evening periods, customer service coordinator and data entry, referring that the Society presents different training programs , which help the citizens enrich their experiences, and support their skills, suitable to different fields”.
Bin Kenaid announced continuity of opening the employment door to about 60 jobs for cashier for the citizens of country, because of increasing acceptance of jobs in Society, since it provides many job advantages and attractions, indicating that the citizens may apply to the available jobs through the website of Society www.ucs.ae, or call free toll 8008889, or pay a visit to head office of the Society at Al Ouwayer, Dubai.
Bin Kenaid said “Union Day of Employment confirmed its effectiveness in polarizing the UAE staff to join the Society and meet their needs of employees within expansion and opening new branches, and execution of many projects, which need capabilities to continue in rendering the services to individuals of society as per the highest international standards, referring that the aim of organization of the Fourth Day of Union was to polarize about 60 cashiers in morning and evening shifts, and 10 customer service coordinators, and 5 data entry.
