A delegation from the Union Cooperative Society, headed by Omar Al Gaizi, assistant human resources department manager, visited the employee Mr. Abdul Qadir, team leader in the operations divition. The aim of the visit was to be assured on his health, as part of «Making the staff Happy» initiative launched by the senior management of the Society, in order to support and motivate its employees and establish the concept of institutional communication and to provide the appropriate work environment for innovation and excellence, and to create an atmosphere dominated by affection and intimacy between the staff.

During the visit, Omar Al Gaizi said that such humanitarian initiatives contribute to establish the sound societal values that are based on communication, mercy and promoting social solidarity. The Society is seeking, through the unit of « Making the Staff Happy! » which has recently been created, to provide services and to organize distinct events, in order to motivate the staff to achieve excellence and instill the concept of the one team spirit.

He added that one of the objectives of the « Making the Staff Happy» unit, is to provide moral and psychological support to them, for that to be positively reflected on their performance, and to improve the services provided to them. He said that the idea of establishing a unit came in line with the vision of the wise leadership to establish and encourage outstanding performance culture and to create a creative generation that is able to work accurately and perfectly in order to reach the top level.
