Union Coop the largest consumer cooperatives in the UAE, has trained eight students under its “Summer Program for students”. The training was conducted by Business Strategy & Corporate Development Department- training and institutional development Section, in collaboration with recruitment section- HRED. The training aimed to acknowledge the trainees about the work environment at Union Coop as a leading retailer in order to participate in preparing UAE cadres to enroll in the private sector.

“its our commitment towards accelerating the Emiratization process, which is one of the main objectives of Union Coop. Training and institutional Development section through the program aimed to achieve a set of goals that are compatible with the core functions and strategic directions and operational plans for the cooperative, and comes in line with the younger generations aspirations and serves the orientations of the state in building a sustainable national economy ” Union Coop said.
