Union Coop, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai, carried out a mock fire evacuation drill at the Al Tayy branch, to determine the extent of readiness to deal with emergency cases and fire accidents.

The General Directorate of Civil Defense in Dubai expressed its thanks and appreciation to Union Coop for its outstanding contribution and active cooperation in the success of the evacuation drill that was organized in the previous month of September, pointing to the importance of these exercises to measure the readiness of institutions to deal with emergencies.

Union Coop stressed that mock evacuation training, which was organized in cooperation with the Dubai Civil Defense focused on the application of precautionary and awareness measures that effectively contribute to raising the efficiency and readiness of the cooperative while ensuring a speedy response in the event of accidents or emergencies, and thanked the Civil Defense Department, which periodically conducts training exercises that raise prevention and safety indicators and raise awareness among community members in the Emirate.
