Internal Control Department of UCS celebrated International Internal Audit Awareness Month in collaboration with The Institute of Internal Auditors’ USA.
On this occasion, the Internal Control Team reaffirmed their commitment to maintain a well-resourced independent Internal Control Function by enhancing Reliability, Effectiveness, Transparency and Ethics in all of its activities.
Furthermore, Internal Control Department would strive to explore ways and means as to how it can add further value to the organization through their firsthand knowledge of People and Processes and their associated risks.
A cake cutting ceremony was also part of this celebration in which Finance Manager with his team were invited being the key partners of Internal Control Department in its endeavors to achieve excellence in the fields of financial control and stability. The auditees appreciated the campaign and resolved their pledge to continue cooperating and facilitating the internal control department and creating the synergy that would bring economic and social benefits for the society as a whole.
