The happiness & Marketing Dept. at Union Coop – UAE’s largest Consumer Cooperative, organizes a unique initiative in the form of ‘Happiness Table’ for its department employees. This creative event was organized to appreciate the employees for their phenomenal efforts and motivate them further with respect to their future endeavours.
Advocating the spirit of Employee encouragement and appreciation, Mr Suhail Al Bastaki, Director of Happiness and Marketing Department, said – “When you put your 100 percent into a task and add a pinch of happiness to it, the end result is sheer perfection.”
The event included a group breakfast for the employees of the department, as well as honouring Ms Bashayer Al-Saadi- Public Relations Executive, Media Section for her strenuous efforts in making 36th General Assembly meeting a success, and Ms Afnan Ahmad Hassan – Asst. Card Products Officer, Marketing Section for graduating from the university with the bachelor’s degree in business administration.
The department also honored, Mr. Youssef Boule, for his dedication.
Praising this unique initiative, the employees of the Department thanked Mr Suhail Al Bastaki for such lovely initiative, who they consider a leader who believes in leading by example.
