Union Coop’s ‘Human Resources and Emiratization Dept.’ Employee Happiness Unit organized a ceremony honouring 13 employees for several occasions such as marriage, university graduation, winning a sports competition and the arrival of new-borns. This honouring ceremony is a part of the Employee Happiness initiative pursued by Union Coop, which saw 48 employees honoured since the beginning of the year 2019.

Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid, Director of Human Resources and Emiratization, Union Coop honoured the staff in the presence of – Eng. Madiya Al Marri, Director of Properties and Projects Division, Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim, Director of Finance and Accounts, Mr. Aiman Othman, IT Director and Mr. Mansoor Essa Al Yedaiwi, Admin Affairs Deputy Director.

Mr. Ahmed Bin Kenaid said, “Happiness is the key to success & progress and we at Union Coop have always strived to create a positive working environment that inspires to excel, achieve the impossible and overcome obstacles. Union Coop does all this by organizing events like these to continuously achieve the highest level of employee happiness”
