In launching the formal System of “White Dots” , Dubai Police favorably rewarded Mr. SALEH YAKOUB ABDEL RAHIM RADI “Space Visibility Manager” at Union Coop for his adherence and regulatory compliance to the traffic safety rules while driving his vehicle on public roads and therefore was chosen among the winners of the system for year 2013.
