As surprising as it may sound, Vitamin ‘overdosing’ is as real as vitamin ‘deficiency’. Today, we have juices loaded with vitamins and minerals in them, which sounds like a good way to recover your nutritional bases, especially when your regular diet is poor. But what if… you are overdosing on vitamins? What If you are overdosing on minerals?
Like for example – excessive Vitamin ‘C’ and ‘Zinc’ in your body causes nausea, diarrhea and abdominal cramps. Likewise, excessive ‘Selenium’ causes mild nerve damage, fatigue, gastrointestinal disorder and in some cases hair loss.

Compared to water-soluble vitamins, the ‘fat-soluble’ vitamins are more toxic because if taken excessively it can accumulate in the body.
*exception can be Vitamin K, which still does not have any upper intake level
