Emiratisation:

Emiratisation is regarded as one of the main strategic goals of the Union Cooperative Society. Management sets its sights on attracting young citizens to work with the UCS in different fields and activities. This process can be completed by offering attractive salaries and benefits and suitable working hours for the applicants, in addition to providing them with training, which would qualify them to get job development opportunities within the organization.

Training:

The Union Cooperative Society signed a memorandum of understanding with the Private Office of His Highness Sheikh Majid Bin Mohamed Al Maktoum to train 12 UCS trainees for 3 months and disburse financial rewards to them worth AED 216,000.
