Union Coop proudly took part in the renowned event, “Dubai Pink Ride,” organized by the Dubai Sports Council in collaboration with the Al Jalila Foundation. This event occurred on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at the Dubai Design District and along the Dubai Canal.

Several department directors, managers and employees from the cooperative participated in the event with the primary objective of raising awareness about breast cancer and supporting the efforts of concerned authorities in encouraging community members to undergo early screenings for breast cancer and to educate themselves about its detrimental effects.

It’s important to note that Dubai Pink Ride 2023 featured a four-kilometer walk and a 15-kilometer cycling course. This community sports event coincided with Breast Cancer Awareness Month, emphasizing the significance of raising awareness about the risks of breast cancer and the importance of conducting regular screenings to prevent it.
